Evan Goldstein , Master Sommelier, is Director of Wine Education at the Academy of Wine in Healdsburg, California overseeing all the academy's educational programs. Evan is also known throughout the wine and hospitality industries for his outstanding abilities as a teacher, moderator and trend analyst. He is one of the U.S.�s most prolific food and wine industry veterans, and will guide guests through a tasting of a hand picked selection of premium Californian and Argentinean wines. Evan appears exclusively at Skewers. Schedule will include a wine tasting and a sit down dinner.

THE L�OLIVIER COOKING CLASSES �DISCOVER THE PROVENCAL CUISINE�

- Venue: L'Olivier Restaurant, Sofitel Plaza Saigon, 17 Le Duan Boulevard, District 1, HCM City

Renowned for the presentation of elegant and refined French Provencal food, Executive Chef Sakal Phoeung will unveil some of his best kept secret recipes in L�Olivier kitchen with the L�Olivier Cooking Classes at the Sofitel Plaza Saigon. The day will begin with a relaxing coffee and tea reception at L�Olivier restaurant followed by Chef�s explanation of typical spices and ingredients of Provencal cuisine. The cooking demonstration will be held in the kitchen where you have a chance to take part in their practical step-by-step lessons. Click on this link to read the schedule and menu.

- Cost: USD40++. Package includes three-course lunch, a glass of crisp Chardonnay, polo shirt, apron, cap, wine glass and a CD with photos of the days training. A tour to Ben Thanh Market is also available upon request.
